What is a Stella TV credit?

One credit is equivalent to one month of Stella TV service. For example, if you have 15 credits and create a 1-month account for a customer, 1 credit will be deducted from your reseller panel.

Each account can support 3 to 4 simultaneous connections, depending on the service conditions, allowing the account to be used on multiple devices at the same time.

Your available credits remain in your reseller panel and can be used to create or renew your customers’ accounts.

Once a credit has been used to create and activate a Stella TV account, it cannot be recovered or returned to the available balance in your reseller panel.

If the account has not yet been activated by the customer, it may be possible to manage or reassign it from the reseller panel, depending on the options available to the reseller.

For this reason, we recommend carefully verifying the account details and requested service period before creating or activating an account.

Stella TV credits do not expire. You can keep them available in your reseller panel until you need to use them to create or renew your customers’ accounts.

This allows you to manage your credit inventory and use your credits according to your sales volume.

From your reseller panel, you can manage and renew the accounts you have created for your customers. Find the corresponding account and select the available renewal period you need.

The renewal will use the corresponding credits from your balance, so make sure you have enough credits available in your reseller panel before renewing an account.

If you've used up all your credits, you'll need to top up your account to continue creating or renewing Stella TV accounts. Each credit represents one month of service, so maintaining a sufficient balance is key to ensuring your customers' access to content is never interrupted.

It is important to remember that only the person or distributor who sold you the panel can top up your credits, ensuring the security and control of transactions within the reseller network. When you top up, credits are automatically added to your panel, allowing you to seamlessly create new accounts or extend existing ones and keep your customers satisfied.
